Member Application and Medical Form

With this in mind we ask that you download and print the membership application form and the code of conduct form, fill them out and present them on registration day. This years registration day is on his Sunday the 5th of February, from 10am until 3pm at the Beleura Clubrooms.
Additional registration times will be on Thursday nights from 5:30 to 6:30pm at the Beleura Clubrooms (Dallas Brooks Oval).

Code of Conduct for Parents and Spectators

One of the most important aspects of a club is civility and respect for others. We may disagree, though in the end we are all here to help. So it is with this in mind we ask every family to read and sign our code of conduct for parents and spectators.

Operation Policy

Our Operation Policy defines how our club operates. It lists our policies, objectives and expectations for members and is sure to answer any questions you may have. Please download the document and read at your own leisure. If you have questions which are not answered by the this document feel free to ask a question of our committee members and we will address any concerns you may have.

Code of Conduct for Coaches

As coaches we strive to be more than just a parent to our own player. We set higher goals and work to impart strong values of sportsmanship within every team. Beleura JFC has gathered what we see as important guidelines for our coaches. Please read them and hold us to them.
