MOUTH GUARD IMPRESSIONS

Diamond Sports Mouth Guards will be back again taking impressions for players requiring a mouth guard at our club rooms on Wednesday 14th March 2018 between 4:30pm until 7:00pm.
Please note EFTPOS including ATM and Health Card facilities will be available on the night.
If you can't make this night, please contact Tony Finn (Dental Prosthetist) on 0400 051 512 to arrange a suitable alternate night.
Please note: Mouthguards are compulsory for every player under MPJFL rules.
