As a Mornington Peninsula Junior Football League member club, there are a number of rules and policies that apply to playing and other events the Beleura Junior Football Club holds. All our members are also expected to abide by the additional codes relating to conduct and ethics.

The Beleura Junior Football Club is committed to an environment, which promotes racial and religious tolerance by prohibiting certain conduct and providing a means of redress for victims of racial and religious vilification and/or racial discrimination.

As an extension of this, the Beleura Junior Football Club also expects that players, officials and parents will at all times display a professional conduct. Players, parents and officials must not make offensive remarks particularly concerning religion, culture, sex or race.

1.Remember you are representing your Club and you need to set an example to players and parents.

2.Try to resolve any conflict in a calm, sensible manner (when possible in private).

3.Be aware of potential volatile situations at all times and be prepared to deal with them appropriately.

2.Teach the Rules rules and mutual agreements which nobody should break.

3.Group players competitively.

4.Avoid over playing talented players.

5.Maximise fun Place winning in perspective.

6.Stress safety always.

7.Consider maturity levels Devise training programs to suit all.

8.Develop team respects for opponent, umpires and Coaches.

9.Recognise the importance of proper injury treatment.

10.Keep up to date with coaching developments.

11.Attain coaching accreditation and update regularly.

12.Avoid derogatory language based on gender, race or religion.
